Vinification:

"Impossible to give the exact blend of this wine which comes from "collection vines", where many grape varieties are complemented: century-old Grenache, Vaccarèse, Counoise, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Terret Noir and Muscardin". Hand harvested, traditional vinification, aged in quarters: 25% in demi-muids, 25% in barrels, 25% in truncated wooden vats, 25% in concrete vats.

Nose:

Aromas of black fruits mixed with vanilla and toasted notes.

Palate:

Powerful and fine at the same time with silky tannins. This wine with an impressive palate is worth being patient for to fully enjoy its value!
