Since 2008, Brice Omont has been the driving force behind this success, devoting relentless effort to achieving remarkable feats on the steep slopes of the Tarentaise Valley. Biodynamic viticulture here is truly heroic — with gradients reaching up to 70% — yields are extremely low, and the wines are crafted primarily from co-planted, blended grape varieties.
The work accomplished is extraordinary and commands deep respect. In just under two decades, Brice Omont has propelled his estate to the very summit of Savoie, with a reputation that now extends well beyond the Alpine borders.
