Wine:

The House signature, Spécial Cuvée remains true to its style. Perfectly balanced, with the volume that characterizes it, it elevates the Pinot Noir grape in a full-bodied, deep palate of great brilliance, with an enviable patina and creaminess. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Raw dosage of 8 to 9 grams per liter.

Bright gold with fine bubbles.

Nose:

Complex with aromas of ripe fruits and spices mixed with touches of roasted apple.

Palate:

Perfectly balanced between structure, length and vivacity. It is a champagne of fine bubbles, with a creamy texture and an unusual patina.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
