When placing your order, you can choose to have it delivered to a pick-up point near you: the extended opening hours of our partner stores allow you to pick up your packages at the most convenient time for you: early in the morning, in the evening or even on weekends...
As soon as the retailer receives your order, you will receive an email and a text message to notify you of the availability of your package. Don't forget to bring an ID for pickup.
DELIVERY WITHIN 2 HOURS IN THE PARIS AREA
You live in the Paris area (75-77-78-91-92-93-94-95) and are not available to block a half day to receive your order?
The customized delivery service, at no extra cost, enables you to receive your wines in the 2-hour window of your choice, between 8am and 9pm on weekdays, and from 8am to 12am on Saturdays.
The bonus: many requests focus, in particular, on the 7pm-9pm time slot, a time slot that traditional delivery do not offer.
This service allows you to store your orders in our warehouses for a period of 30 days following your purchase. During this period, you can group together several orders in order to benefit from free shipping, which is available for orders over 300€ including tax.
Your orders will be automatically dispatched 30 days after your first storage request, regardless of whether or not the free shipping rate has been reached. You can, however, trigger the shipment of your wines at any time by heading to the My Stored Orders tab.
