Vinification:Hand harvested. Raw dosage of 8 to 9 grams per liter.

Nose:Complex with aromas of ripe fruits and spices mixed with touches of roasted apple.
Palate:Perfectly balanced between structure, length and vivacity. It is a champagne of fine bubbles, with a creamy texture and an unusual patina.
Temperature:Serve between 10 and 12°C.
