Wine:
Pure Chardonnay, Or Blanc, the Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne, delivers a radiant bubble, with a fine chalky nose of beautiful purity. On the palate, the tonic and abundant effervescence offer a lot of energy and freshness around notes of flowers and citrus fruits; it is a thirst-quenching, balanced and harmonious champagne, to be served as an aperitif or at the table with marinated or baked fish. From now until 2027Another breathtaking discovery from our Selection Committee: a 100% chardonnay winemaker's champagne for less than 25€! It is the work of Benoît Cocteaux, a small family estate of 10 hectares anchored on the Côte des Blancs and the chalk of the Sézannais area.
