Wine:
Of great style and elegance, the Champagne Brut Réserve " 200 years of liberty " embodies more than ever the " Charles " taste: a legendary toastiness, a tonic balance and a creamy texture based on a very important pivot of reserve wines (50%). This edition particularly highlights the great vintages of Oger (chardonnay) and Ambonnay (pinot noir) linked to the Verneuil miller. Ripe and complex, with roasted notes and ripe fruits, it delivers a perfect combination of the minerality of the terroir, the unctuousness of the great reserve wines and a texture that is both crisp and smooth. An exquisite alliance in a great champagne bottle!Vinification:
Hand harvested, composed of 60 vintages, base 2017 and 52% of reserve wines. Vinification vintage by vintage, grape variety by grape variety, in stainless steel tanks, 5 to 10% of wine undergrowth, vinified in old Burgundy oak barrels.Color:
Golden underlined by a delicate bubble.Nose:
