The first aromas of candied citrus are indicative of a well bred and distinguished champagne. On the palate, it's got it all. Fruity and slightly grilled notes go hand in hand with a smooth, clear cut whole. The bubbles are fine and perfectly easy to digest. Finesse and elegance best define this Champagne House's most prestigious Brut, a beautiful aperitif drink.

Sourced entirely from partner vineyards, selection of single plot, hand-harvested, fermentation in stainless steel vat and in cask, cask aging for up to 5 years.

Luminous golden colour with green highlights.

Candied orange, buttery and spicy aromas.

Elegant and smooth on the palate, notes of small red berries. Lovely length, with grilled, coffee and vanilla nuances on the finish.

Serve between 7 and 9°C.

Enjoy as an aperitif, on important occasions, with a fricassée of porcini or cep mushrooms, lobster gratin.

Founded in 1846 by the Devaux brothers, the House of Veuve Devaux is now owned by the "Union Auboise". This cooperative has become a reference producer of high end champagnes. The vinification work is every bit as good as that of the big, well known Champagne Houses, as is the origin of its grapes from the best champagne "growths". If you have never tasted this champagne house's range before, you will be truly captivated by the texture, finesse and effervescence of its fine champagnes.
