Wine:

Admire the finesse of the bubbles of the Champagne Brut M. Toubart Cuvée Réservée, smell the scents of vine flowers that attest to the presence of the chardonnay grape that offers itself just as it would in a delicate Burgundy wine. The playful and tactile bubble makes its way through this mouthful of complexity, fullness and flavors reminiscent of acacia honey. It is a rare Champagne by its balance, a true model of freshness and maturity! 

Purity, finesse and delicate bubbles: everything is gathered here to give in the flute a mature wine with a dynamic and amazingly appetizing palate.

Vinification:

Manual harvest. Base 2015 for 45%, supplemented by 55% reserve wines. 24 months of rest on laths instead of 15 months. Dosage: 8.1 g/l.

Color:

Fine and persistent bubbles under a yellow of beautiful intensity for a young Champagne.

Nose:

Notes of vine flowers, white truffle, dominant chardonnay of beautiful maturity. Amazing!

Palate:

Complex, rich and dynamic with a playful and tactile bubble and a finish reminiscent of acacia honey. It is a rare Champagne by its balance, a true model of freshness and maturity!

Temperature:

Serve between 9 and 11°C.
