Issued from the terroirs of Vindey, Montgueux, and Mesnil-sur-Oger, and aged in the cellar for 7 years on the lees, the 2018 Blanc de Blancs Champagne Les 3 Terroirs Extra-Brut forms an exceptionally elegant ensemble. It offers a particularly enjoyable tasting experience with a beautiful chalky foundation. The aromas of flowers and dill surround an extremely fine, crisp effervescence that bursts on the palate with great sophistication. This is a grand Champagne that could easily rival many Blanc de Blancs in the Champagne market!Vinification:
Hand-harvested, low-temperature fermentation, no malolactic fermentation, minimum 5 years' ageing on lath in the cellars. Disgorgement in January 2023.Extra-Brut dosage: 4g/l.
