Awarded three stars by the French wine guide RVF, Domaine Pascal Doquet is a go-to estate for lovers of vibrant, precision-driven Champagnes crafted from Chardonnay.
This small-scale gem, covering just 9 hectares in Vertus, is rooted in some of Champagne’s finest terroirs. Working organically, the estate produces outstanding wines from the Côte des Blancs—including the prestigious Grand Cru Mesnil-sur-Oger—as well as the chalky slopes of Vitry-le-François.
Vinification is partly done in barrels, though never with new oak, and the dosage is always carefully controlled after extended aging in the cellar. The result? Authentic, finely detailed Champagnes with long, saline-driven finishes and remarkable depth.
