Wine:

Delicate aromatic, 2014 Belle Epoque delivers delicate aromas of vine peach and poached pear, lime blossom, and hawthorn. With great freshness, beautiful balance, and tension, it stretches with depth and length. A brilliant charm!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged for a minimum of 6 years.

Dosage : 8 gr/l.

Pale gold, clear and bright.

Delicate aromas of fruit, vine peach and poached pear, lime blossom and hawthorn.

Palate:

This champagne reveals freshness, a beautiful balance and tension underlined by fruity notes (vine peach and poached pear) and acidulous rhubarb. A rare and harmonious Champagne.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
