Elaboration:

Double maturation in oak barrels containing Bourbon and Sherry.

Color:

Amber with light golden reflections.

Nose:

Floral notes mixed with aromas of raisins and fine notes of roasted hazelnuts.

Palate:

Beautiful fruity aromas are revealed through spicy notes on a long and warm palate finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Glencairn whisky glass.

As an aperitif, as a digestive, served alone or with a red meat, a grilled fish or a Comté 36 months.
