A blend of old-vine Clairette and Bourboulenc grown on south-facing clay hillside soils, 2023 Cairanne Jean de Verde White offers a beautifully Mediterranean profile, with notes of anise, hawthorn, and delicate white fruits. Fresh and lively, with hints of citrus and gentle spices, the wine’s texture is perfectly balanced by partial aging in oak barrels, adding depth while preserving its vibrant energy and a subtle saline edge. This is a white wine made for the table — ideally paired with white meats or fish in sauce.Vinification:
Hand harvested at the end of August. Pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and demi-muids. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats and demi-muids.Color:
