Wine:

A summit of Atlantic blend, between Cabernets (85%) and Merlot, the 2019 Bolgheri Superiore Guado Al Tasso Red is a complex and long aging wine of extreme elegance.
With once again this year an additional Cabernet Franc, a very wise choice in view of the climatic evolution, the wine remains camped on a sovereign freshness, with a rare intensity and finesse. A new version of Al Tasso, even more vibrant than in the past, with very pure fruit, notes of spice, pepper and a superior stony dimension. A major wine, both powerful and refined. A great wine to reserve in a few years with a nice meat in sauce. Rated 97/100 by Parker.
