From now until 2030Between the Cévennes and the garrigue, Faugères remains a preserved haven where nature still reigns. It’s here, in these schist-laden soils, that Frédéric Albaret founded Domaine Saint Antonin. A powerful terroir he farms organically and through agroecology, with sheep grazing and cover crops keeping the ecosystem alive.
