AWARDS

Wine rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee!

Wine:

Perfectly balanced, the 2016 White Graves shows fine citrus and mango flavors, thanks to the ideal pairing of Semillon and Sauvignon, two complementary grape varieties. Of beautiful density, it is a deep, mature, and generous white wine. It has a precise and elegant style, and will be suitable as an aperitif of course, but especially at the table, paired with white meat with cream or cheese. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee, it is of an unequalled regularity, vintage after vintage.

Vinification:

Manual harvesting, total destemming. Fermentation of the Sauvignon in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, while the Semillon is fully vinified and aged in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new and 50% of which are one wine. Aged for 8 months with stirring of the lees on the barrels and on the stainless steel tanks.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Nice balance between the citrus aromas of the Sauvignon and the fresh mango flavors of the Semillon.

Palate:

It is a deep, mature, generous but still delicate white wine with a nice density, style and elegance. A wooden accent completes the whole.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, risotto with shellfish, blanquette of veal, cheeses.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2027
