Wine:

Made mostly from the 2017 harvest, the Mathieu Blosseville Champagne is a beautifully fresh bubbly. The nose offers notes of toast and toasted bread, as well as a touch of floral and red fruit flavors from the black grapes. Dynamic and perfectly balanced, with plenty of crunch on the palate, this highly accessible champagne is a must for all Champagne lovers. A Selection Committee Favorite.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, blend of 80% 2018 and 20% 2019, bottled in 2020, dosage: 8 g/l with a liqueur made by the estate from 100% Chardonnay, aged on laths for 3 years.

Color:

Brilliant golden color, abundant cordon with a swirl of very fine, regular bubbles.

Nose:

Pure, beautifully fresh, with a nose reminiscent of toast through notes of red fruit brought out by black grapes and a floral touch.

Palate:

With its lively, crisp bubbles that integrate well with the palate, this is a dynamic, harmonious wine that will appeal to all lovers of well-balanced, digestible Champagne. It's a highly accomplished wine, and the most successful according to our sommeliers.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Wine:

Seductive and smooth, the 2021 Red IGP Côtes Catalanes Aiglon has beautiful aromas of red fruits, red currant and blackberry. The palate is supple, delivering a charming wine that is slightly tannic, but still ready to drink. To be tasted in its early youth, as it is an excellent fruity wine! Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, fermentation of whole grapes in concrete vats, indigenous yeasts, maturing in concrete vats.

Organic and Biodynamic wine, certified.

Color:

Deep red.

Nose:

Beautiful and well-defined aromas marked by red fruits, currant and lots of blackberry.

Palate:

Supple and dense, it is a charming wine underlined by light tannins and fruity aromas. It can be enjoyed now or over three years.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Red meat a la plancha, pork chop, duck breast with honey and spices, monkfish with chili and Calabrian sausage.

Wine:

With its precise, shell-like nose, the 2022 White Chablis Les Allées du Vignoble delivers the quintessence of the cru. It's a charming white wine with just the right amount of body and lively acidity on the finish. Typical of Chablis, with its mineral and saline character, it seduces with its ample texture and nervous, ripe, nuanced body. A perfect match for seafood or fish.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting at night, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks.
Aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for a minimum of 6 months.

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Beautiful minerality and great freshness, marked by shell aromas, very typical of Chablis.
