Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Vinification in stainless steel and cement vats. Aged 18 months in barrels, 40% new.

Ripe black fruit aromas with woody, toasty notes.

Smooth and refined, this wine offers delicate, velvety tannins and an outstanding level of precision. A long, refreshing finish promises an exceptional moment.
