Wine:

A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from just one hectare of vines, the 2020 Bordeaux Supérieur Michelot Red is a wine that immediately charms. The fruit is beautifully ripe, with layers of black cherry, blackberry, and cassis wrapped in a juicy, expressive frame that’s both complex and approachable. Hints of spice add depth, while the subtle oak is seamlessly integrated, giving the wine a soft, rounded texture. It’s generous, fresh, and seriously drinkable — a Bordeaux made for pure enjoyment, whether you’re opening it now or holding onto it for a few more years.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting. Vines aged 35 years. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with pumping over. Aged in oak barrels of which 10% are new and 90% of one wine. Diam 5 cork.
Certified Organic and Biodynamic wine by Demeter.
