The 2021 Red Terra Barolo impresses with its refined, almost weightless style. This is a wine of remarkable finesse and delicacy, featuring tightly structured, still-firm tannins and subtle notes of orange mingled with dark fruit flavors. Already beginning to evolve beautifully, it will be a perfect match this autumn with a mushroom fricassée or a roast veal. Rated 91/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
