Exceptionally pure, the 2023 Alsace Riesling Réserve White opens with floral aromas, fine minerality, and delicate smoky hints. Harvested at optimal ripeness, it unfolds with a flavorful, elegant structure, offering great depth and a lively, precise finish. Bright acidity, floral notes, subtle bitterness, and a pronounced minerality come together for a beautifully refreshing expression. A delightful Riesling to enjoy over the next five years or more. Vinification:

Hand harvested from 25-year-old vines. Whole-berry pressing, static settling, no temperature control, fermentation on lees for 2 to 6 months. Aged on lees for 11 months.

A golden yellow of great intensity and brilliance.

Nose:

Typical Riesling aromas with delicate floral notes and a delicate mineral touch with petrol accents.

Palate:

A flavourful weave that offers a magnificent relief with tangy and floral notes.

Temperature:

Serve at 10 to 12°C.
