The measured aging in concrete tanks and oak casks retains the delightful richness of the fruit, highlighted by a radiant Grenache. This approachable Gigondas has great aging potential.

Domaine du Gour de Chaulé stands out as a prime example of Gigondas excellence, particularly with the impressive contributions of Paul Fumoso, who recently took the helm. His inaugural efforts in winemaking have been nothing short of brilliant, receiving praise from Olivier Poussier.

The winery's approach, featuring minimal sulfur use, aging in large oak casks and concrete, and whole bunch fermentation, results in wines that radiate finesse and elegance, beautifully highlighting the terroir.

Recognized with a star by the RVF Guide, this estate is currently one of the most remarkable revelations in the wine world.
