Wine:

The Committee's favorite, the 2021 red Fleurie Origines, is a landmark wine! With its highly aromatic nose, this bright red wine perfectly expresses the purity of a ripe Gamay, fresh and playful, with hints of violets and black cherries. The fruit is precise and ripe on the palate, and the juice is beautiful, with tannins that will ensure its structure lasts over time. We advise you to discover it at the delicate end of the year with simple dishes: entrecôte au poivre, roast chicken, a nice slice of pâté croûte... The grail at this price! A Selection Committee Favorite rated 92/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, from 50% of young vines of 3 and 5 years old, in conversion to organic farming and 50% of older vines, blend of Les Roches and Les Garants, 12 days whole bunch maceration in concrete tanks of 60 hl.
Aged for 7 months in concrete vats.
