Wine:
Tense, mineral and chiselled, the 2021 white Chablis does not deny its terroir! An assertive ambassador of Chablis minerality, it unfolds a delicate and very pure palate, which delights with its freshness, its straightness and its thirst-quenching side. A tonic and very digestible wine which offers a very beautiful level of Village in true model for the appellation. A Selection Committee favorite, rated 92/100.Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation carried out, aged on lees for 10 months in stainless steel vats.Color:
