A rising star of the Beaujolais, Guénaël Jambon is part of the region’s remarkable revival.
In Morgon — birthplace of age-worthy reds — he crafts intense, deep, sapid wines. Here, Gamay finds a noble expression, rooted in hillsides of granite and schist from ancient volcanic rock, which lend the wines their complexity and mineral edge.
