Composed of 90% Sangiovese, the 2020 red Shape of My Heart IGT Toscana exudes charm and elegance. The nose offers enticing notes of stone fruits and subtle spices, with the oak influence kept in check, maintaining a warm yet balanced character. A hint of graphite, courtesy of the Cabernet, adds freshness. On the palate, this wine is refined and easy-drinking, with delicate tannins and a fresh, light touch. A delightful, approachable cuvée, perfect for enjoying without hesitation! Rated 92/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Aged 4 months in barrels.

Vineyard managed according to the principles of Organic Agriculture, without certification.

Nestled in the Chianti hills, this magnificent 26-hectare vineyard is farmed organically and pulses with the spirit of Italy. On these sun-drenched slopes, Sangiovese reigns supreme. We teamed up with the estate to craft a signature wine that captures Tuscany’s identity in both aromas and flavors.
