Wine:

From the eponymous plot and a base of 2008 and 2009 harvests, Champagne Grand Cru Les Aventures Blanc de Blancs offers great strength of character. Combining intensity of fragrance and refinement of expression, it celebrates Chardonnay with panache. In the wake of a bubble of great elegance, the nose gives off notes of ripe fruit and flowers with a touch of honey, vanilla, and extremely complex. The palate is rich, generous and vinous, illustrating both the strength and the roundness allowed by this terroir; it retains a certain freshness thanks to an intact dynamism and a beautiful relief carried by a woody tone perfectly integrated with the flesh of the wine. An aesthete's wine, with a very low dosage (3 g/l), ready for the table, to be served with poultry with ceps or sole au gratin.

Hand harvested, blending of 2008 and 2009 vintages from a half-hectare plot located in Chouilly called "Les Aventures", aged in wood for 22%. Gross dosage: 3g/l.

As of today

The Champagne House AR Lenoble has won the heart of the most demanding wine lovers. Located in Damery, in the Côte des Blancs, it has never stopped refining its style and raising the standards of its production with fervor and intransigence. It has been awarded 2 stars in the French Guide Vert from the Revue du Vin de France and thus joins the circle of the elite houses in France.

With 18 hectares of vines, mainly in Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, this family-run house cultivates a delicate art of living, driven by the fervor of Anne and Antoine Malassagne. Limited production, extremely low dosage, exclusive use of the purest first juices and now reserve wines aged in magnum ("Mag"): this address shows a desire to raise the quality standards of its wines a little higher with each new vintage.
