Marked by an intense freshness, the Anaë Gin offers a subtle balance between floral notes and a delicate touch of citrus and spices. Subtle on the nose, Anaë is silky and generous on the palate with a beautiful complexity marked by vegetal notes, licorice roots, pear and then aromas of clementines and candied mandarins. A very nice minty and aniseed finish closes the tasting. Alone or in a cocktail, it is truly one of a kind!

Elaboration:

Distilled by hand in Charente via a Stupfler still, maceration (48h) and slow reduction (about a month).

Certified organic gin.

Nose:

Notes of citrus (tangerine, kumquat) and fresh pear. Then, notes of spices (Sichuan pepper and aniseed). Finish with white flowers, blueberry and a touch of dried walnut.

Palate:

Beautiful complexity with vegetal notes. Liquorice roots, pear and then aromas of clementines and candied mandarins. A very nice length in the palate with a minty and aniseed touch.

Inspired by the expertise of the Bollinger House, Anaë is an organic French Gin distilled by hand and bottled in Charente. But unlike its peers, made from grain alcohol, this one is produced from grape alcohol: an obvious choice for this Champagne House, which reinforces its aromatic identity.

Driven by the expertise of passionate people such as Dominique Touteau (Cellar Master of Delamain), Philippe Laclie (Master distiller) and Guillaume Quenza ( renowned bartender), Anaë was born under the best possible circumstances and combines 7 botanicals produced exclusively on French soil with 100% organic ingredients.
