Domaine de la Mordorée - Lirac - La Reine des Bois - Rouge - 2020

Wine:

Of great intensity, the 2020 red La Reine des Bois Lirac is a wine of great concentration, built around a rich material with notes of chocolate and wood. It is a generous, mature, and concentrated wine, a great southern red with pronounced but smooth tannins that will last for more than 10 years. A must-have in the sector.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. De-stemming and crushing, with temperature control. Maturation for 85% in vats and 15% in barrels.
Vines cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

Certified Organic and Biodynamic wine.

Color:

Intense red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Beautiful aromas of red and black fruits, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant accented with spicy and chocolate notes.

Palate:

Dense and rich with a beautiful, generous texture, the coated tannins reveal a delicate and concentrated wine. Its pleasant freshness combines delicacy and harmony.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.
