Wine:

With a beautiful pale pink hue with light copper highlights, the 2022 Côtes de Provence Rosé has aromas of fresh fruit, with a dominant floral note and a delicate touch of white pepper. The light, fresh and acidic structure is energetic and natural, with tension and a few mineral and saline notes that sharpen the finish. A rosé to be served as an aperitif with seafood, and why not with grilled fish. In Magnum format, the pleasure is tenfold!

Vinification:

Hand harvested and entirely destemmed, direct pressing except for the Syrah which is vinified by bleeding, 95% of the wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks under temperature control and 5% in barrels with stirring.

Color:

Pale rosé with coppery reflections.

Nose:

Delicate and fresh with a beautiful floral dominance and a touch of white pepper.

Palate:

Stylish, light and acidulous. It is an excellent aperitif rosé and why not with grilled fish and white meat.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, seafood, grilled fish and white meat.

From now until 2028

Far from being defined solely by its famous owner, Brad Pitt, Miraval stands first and foremost as a remarkable terroir of Provence, nestled among olive trees and pine forests, where the Perrin family - Château Beaucastel - excels in crafting subtle whites and rosés, delicate and fruity.

It is within this preserved jewel of nearly 1000 hectares of wild nature that these sought-after wines are born, celebrated for their freshness and authenticity. Organic farming, an incredible patchwork of terroirs, and the environment are the foundations of this unique place's distinctiveness, arguably one of the most beautiful in France. At the forefront of producing rosés, sparking a revolution in the process, as well as whites, the estate has become one of its most fervent ambassadors.
