Wine:

100/100 Parker, the 2020 white WC Mosel Erdener Prälat Riesling Auslese *** is impressive in its purity and depth! Vinification:

Hand harvested. Natural fermentation in oak barrels, followed by several months' ageing on fine lees in oak barrels. Capsule Blanche, hence the initials WC for White Capsule.
