Driven by an exceptional vintage, the 2020 red Vinsobres Les Cornuds delivers all its assets; perfectly ripe flavors of fruit, dense and concentrated palate, fresh and full-bodied frame form a complex and balanced wine, with smooth tannins. Perfectly executed, with fine spices and a long mineral finish, this red wine will appeal to the greatest number of people. Especially at this price level!

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Separate vinification of the two grape varieties, sorting, destemming and vatting. Vinification in truncated wooden vats for the Syrah, in stainless steel vats for the Grenache.
Maturation of the Syrah in French oak barrels having contained a previous wine.

Deep red with purplish reflections.

Nose:

Rich and complex with beautiful aromas of cherries, blackberries, black fruit jam and chocolate.

Palate:

Ample and powerful, this wine reveals a beautiful balance with a lot of freshness, delicate silky tannins, a round and delicate palate with a deep aromatic persistence.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.
