Carried by an exotic touch, the 2021 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape Roussanne Vieilles Vignes offers an extra generosity and power. Yet it remains fresh, with great tension and delicate notes of white fruit. An exemplary white wine, ideal in this fresh vintage, which will age perfectly over the decade.

Vinification:

Hand harvested in crates and sorting of the grapes. Pneumatic pressing, settling and fermentation. Aged for 8 months, 30% in barrels and 70% in tanks, then bottled 8 months later.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Intense and shiny golden color.

Nose:

Opulent and complex with aromas of honey, ripe fruit, apricot and peach compote underlined by a touch of brioche.

Palate:

Elegant and delicate, this wine offers a subtle salinity perfectly balancing the richness of its texture, a controlled and harmonious power expressing an exceptional terroir.

Temperature:

Serve at 10 to 12°C.

Scallops with saffron sabayon, poached poultry with lemon cream sauce, tomme with flowers.
