RSRV - Champagne Grand Cru - Blanc de Noirs - Blanc - 2012

Wine:

RSRV Blanc de Noirs 2012 est élaboré à partir du Pinot Noir de Verzenay, un Grand Cru situé au nord de la Montagne de Reims. La typicité et la minéralité caractérisant ce terroir produisent un Pinot Noir franc, puissant, et confèrent à cette cuvée son élégance et sa complexité aromatique. Après un vieillissement de six ans en caves minimum, et un dosage léger à six grammes par litre, cette cuvée produite en quantité limitée, est prête à être dégustée.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, aged for 6 years in our cellars.
Dosage: 6gr/l.

Color:

Pale yellow with golden highlights.

Nose:

Beautiful notes of candied citrus and apricot, dried fruit and pastry, followed by vanilla, toast and toasted notes.

Palate:

A clean initial taste, provided by the structure and aromatic power of Pinot Noir, a fine balance that finishes with a certain tension.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Comté or aged Gouda, a dessert made with bitter chocolate.
