Wine:

In Magnum format, conviviality is at its best: the perfect wine for grilled meats in fine weather!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vines aged from 15 to 50 years with a density of 4000 vines/ha and a yield of 45 hl/ha, sandy and clay-limestone soil, whole-grain maceration, short 8-day vatting period, aged in vats.

Color:

Intense, brilliant red.

Nose:

Scents of liquorice and smoky notes.

Palate:

Concentrated and harmonious, this juicy wine reveals delicate, almost velvety tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Entrecote, duck aiguillette with figs, grilled meats, stuffed tomatoes.
