Wine:

From a later-ripening terroir with limestone soils, and sourced from old vines over 50 years old—including some Premier Cru parcels—the 2023 White Pouilly-Fuissé achieves remarkable ripeness and depth. This is a beautifully expressive wine, with a textured, mineral-driven profile and a refined touch of oak that enhances rather than dominates. Subtle toasty notes, impressive length, and persistence make it a perfect match for poultry, mushrooms, or aged cheeses. With great aging potential ahead, this is a standout vintage. Rated 95/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Direct pressing of whole grapes, very light settling in stainless steel vats. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels and tuns. Aged for 12 months in wood, then 6 months in stainless steel vats. Light filtration before bottling. No fining.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Delicate toasted notes mixed with floral and chalky touches.

Palate:

With a mouthwatering, mineral-driven texture and ripe citrus and stone fruit, this wine reveals subtle toasted notes and a touch of oak that enhances without overwhelming. Its impressive length and persistence make for a truly refined experience.
