Wine:

Delicious, the 2020 red Le Paradou Cinsault is a fresh and light red wine that expresses all the beauty of the Provence region. Still very youthful at this stage, it has notes of violet, peony, and a floral and fruity touch with a lot of purity. The palate is elegant and smooth, with a fresh finish. The perfect summer wine that will pair beautifully with grilled white meat, pasta, or simple seasonal dishes. A wine rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, crushed and destemmed in totality. Maceration for 15 days in concrete vats, no ageing in wood to preserve the freshness and fruit.

Color:

Ruby red of beautiful intensity with purplish reflections.

Nose:

Delicate floral scents, peony, violet haloed by fruity aromas evoking the red and black fruits

Palate:

Suave, fresh and elegant, this wine is a real treat!

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Summer salads, grilled white meats, marinated vegetables a la plancha.
