Wine:

Made from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus only, the 2008 Cuvée Garance has spent nearly 10 years in the cellar to evolve slowly. Not dosed, very little sulfited, it summons all the parameters of elegance. A nose of great finesse, a delicate bubble, elegant notes of red fruits and mirabelle plum, a refined power, an ample and generous palate... The pinot noir shines here with a new vibration! A great champagne to be served around 10° with a Bresse poultry or a mushroom fricassee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested mainly from Pinot Noir, Premiers and Grands Crus, aged in cellars for 8 years.
Champagne Blanc de Noirs.

Color:

Bright gold, a fine and abundant bubble.

Nose:

Notes of tart raspberry mixed with subtle woody nuances of cedar.

Palate:

Ample and serene evolving on a ripe fruit. This Champagne is full-bodied with soft raspberry flavors, enjoys a wine profile and a beautiful freshness, the whole is racy and persistent.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Cocktail dinner or at the table with a meat like a cherry and morello cherry can.

Cellar aging:

From now on
