Wine:

100% Chasselas, the 2022 white IGP Vin des Allobroges Un p'tit coin de paradis offers a skilful, pure expression of the grape variety, with a fresh, floral nose of lime blossom leaves. The wine then develops a consistent, pure, almost saline juice with a touch of minerality. A delicate, light wine for seafood, lake and river fish.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested in 2 or 3 passages, fermented at 16° in 500-liter demi-muids, then aged for 7 to 9 months.

Biodynamic wine, certified by Demeter.

Color:

Golden yellow with good intensity.

Nose:

Pure and fresh, with lovely floral and lime-leaf notes.

Palate:

With its fine minerality and freshness, this streamlined cuvée releases a delicate, fine juice with fine saline tones.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, seafood platter, lake and river fish.

From now until 2028.
