This is a coveted estate! Villa Safranier is the brainchild of Claude Hilt, who traded Burgundy for the sun-drenched terroirs of Rasteau and Châteauneuf with one goal in mind: to craft truly great wines. Here, old-vine Grenache and Syrah yield cuvées bursting with freshness and depth, grown on soils once famous for saffron fields.

After honing his skills in Burgundy, Claude returned home to shape wines of remarkable finesse—bottles that collectors prize for their aging potential.
