The 2023 white Burgundy stands out with its assertive fruitiness, complemented by a hint of fresh mint and subtle oak aging that allows the fruit's purity to shine through. On the palate, it maintains its freshness with a lovely richness balanced by a beautiful tension. It pairs perfectly with appetizers such as sardine rillettes or cheeses.

Fresh and pure, the 2023 red Burgundy presents a delightful array of Pinot Noir characteristics. It's a friendly, approachable red wine with juicy fruitiness complemented by subtle oak notes that are perfectly balanced. It exudes lovely freshness and has a beautifully textured palate.
