The 2019 Les 3 Terroirs Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne comes from the vineyards of Vindey, Montgueux, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Made entirely from Chardonnay, it displays remarkable finesse, with subtle notes of toasted bread, cake, and citrus. Its depth and maturity are beautifully framed by a chalky, mineral character.
