Behind the label are Aurore Dezat and David Girard, whose precision and vision have quickly stirred up buzz among insiders. The estate may be young, but it's already making waves with a tightly curated selection of wines, most of which are destined for export—so don’t expect to stumble across them just anywhere.

These are wines of real elegance and finesse, all organically grown and crafted to showcase the full range of Sancerre’s soils—from chalky white earth to caillottes and flint. The focus is on whites, with just a handful of reds, but across the board, purity and precision are the hallmarks.

The 2023 White Sancerre stands out for its freshness and pure, precise Sauvignon Blanc character. Vibrant and well-balanced, it is aged on fine lees without oak, allowing the wine’s natural depth to shine. The result is a bright, juicy expression—light, perfectly ripe, and instantly appealing. A true Sancerre at heart, this wine captures the essence of the appellation with elegance and finesse. The 2022 Red Sancerre is a beautifully pure expression of Pinot Noir, with a fresh, refined character and seamlessly integrated oak.
