An outstanding white wine, very accessible in terms of price, ideal with marinated or smoked fish, or a small fry. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee. A selection by Olivier Poussier.

A rising star in the German wine industry, the Wittmann estate embodies the modernity and the new face of a radiant region that produces structured, energetic and mineral white wines. In this Rhine region, nicknamed the "land of a thousand hills", which is the largest in the country, diversity is the order of the day and the Wittmanns skilfully play with their different terroirs on the hillsides.

Biodynamically cultivated for nearly 20 years, selected by Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World, this estate is perfectly in tune with the contemporary era, offering handcrafted wines with little residual sugar that are perfectly ripe.
