The 2023 Alsace Complantation White is a beautifully complex wine, crafted from a mix of grape varieties grown together on the same terroir. The nose opens with delicate white flower aromas and fresh white fruit, all wrapped in a lovely sense of ripeness. On the palate, it strikes a perfect balance between silkiness, freshness, tension, and subtle mineral-driven bitterness. This is a highly complete, approachable wine—an ideal introduction to this unique style of viticulture. A perfect match for freshwater fish or creamy white meat dishes.
