Bocathéva - Rum of Barbados - Limited Edition Aged 12 Years - Brun

The Barbados Bocateva Rum 12 years of age has aromas of chocolate, caramel, licorice and raisin. On the palate, notes of orange and apricot dominate in a great suavity. Discover it on its own or paired with a pan-fried foie gras, a pork with caramel or of course with a dessert based on exotic fruits.

Elaboration:

Aged for 12 years in American white oak barrels, old Bourbon barrels. The distillation is carried out in Still pots .

Color:

Bright gold.

Nose:

Nice chocolate and caramelized notes, with hints of licorice and raisins.

Palate:

Rich and deep, opening on a fruity aromatic oscillating between orange and apricot and offering us an elegant finish all in length.

Food and wine pairing:

Pure, by itself or on a fried foie gras, pork with caramel, dessert with exotic fruits.
