The 2021 Red Haut des Seigneaux Moulin-à-Vent displays a dashing nose with beautiful aromas of burlat cherry, reminiscent of the Burgundies of the Côte de Nuits. The rich and velvety palate holds its rank, boldly asserting its terroir. It is a very successful and promising wine, and will age serenely for the next ten years. A wine to pair with a duck breast or a piece of beef. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.
