Taken over by Giorgio Cavanna, Chianti star winemaker at Castello di Ama, and advised by Bertrand Léon, son of the former oenologist of Château Mouton-Rothschild, the Grand Enclos du Château de Cérons is the pinnacle of success, becoming one of the appellation’s most valued estates. Nowadays, it continues to produce top-of-the-range wines in perfect Bordeaux style, walking the fine line between power and balance with panache.
