A tiny production but a masterful success! In this excellent vintage, the 2019 Red Vosne-Romanée gracefully details all the nuances of pinot noir when tactfully conducted. Velvety tannins, fresh and tactile frame, long, noble finish without excess, ideal consistency, bright flavors of fruit... This is a perfect wine, ideal for discovering the appellation, combining power and finesse with art and great persistence. A great wine rated 94/100 by the Committee!

Established in 2016, the Côtes et Climats Pierre Mayeul House makes Burgundies of strong identity and with a high level of quality. Frédéric Hirault, Matthieu Bouchard and Ludivine Grivault select the best grapes for this, educated by a precise knowledge of the most beautiful terroirs of Burgundy. 

Strong identity, small volumes, great terroirs: the equation seems simple, yet it is carried out with a lot of grace, with all the experience and intuition of Ludivine Grivault who invests in this project with the same level of requirement that she brings to the Hospices de Beaune.
